Yes. We first review the existing tenancy records and arrange a managed handover from you or the current agent.
How often are managed properties inspected?
PTL carries out inspections every three months as standard, with records and follow-up where an issue is identified.
Who handles repairs and tenant calls?
The PTL team coordinates day-to-day tenant communication and maintenance. Important decisions remain with you, except where urgent action is required to protect people or the property.
Do you offer rent protection?
Rent-protection and legal-expense options may be available for eligible tenancies. We will explain the terms and suitability before anything is arranged.
