Tenant questions

Useful answers before you apply.

Property-specific information can vary. If a listing does not answer your question, contact the office before submitting an application.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Open the relevant property listing and contact PTL using the available enquiry route. The team will confirm viewing availability and any information needed first.

What information is needed for referencing?

This normally includes identity details, income or employment information, affordability information and rental-history contacts where applicable. PTL will confirm the exact list securely.

Can I apply if I have a pet?

Pet suitability depends on the individual property and tenancy. Include the pet details in the tenant enquiry so the team can advise accurately.

How do I report a repair?

Use the repair-reporting route supplied for your PTL tenancy. If you cannot access it, contact the office so the team can direct you correctly.

When can I collect the keys?

PTL will confirm the handover once the application is approved, the required documents are complete and the tenancy is ready to begin.
